  • I purchased a faulty item, how do I get assistance?
    Please contact the dealer which you purchased your item from. They will assist you in after-sales service. We regret to inform that we are unable to provide exchange, returns, replacements or after-sales service via this website.
  • Where can I get out-of-stock products?
    We will periodically re-release products that are out of stock. Do pay attention to our social media feeds for product release information.
